The Management

MPO’s Board consists of four Non-Executive Directors, including the Chairman. The board members are independent of MPO’s Manager and Investment Adviser, and they oversee the decisions made by the Manager.

Sniper Capital Limited, the Manager of MPO, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the fund’s portfolio. The Manager ensures that the execution of project work and services are of an exceptionally high standard and are carried out in a timely manner, within budget.

The Board of Directors and the Manager are advised by our Investment Adviser, Sniper Capital (Macau) Limited, which has an extensive network of contacts and associates spanning Macau’s financial and business community. They are responsible for identifying, sourcing, analysing and recommending investment opportunities to MPO’s stakeholders.
