What does MPO do?
Macau Property Opportunities Fund (MPO) is a closed-end investment fund registered in Guernsey. The Company’s investment objective is to deliver cost-effective and timely divestments of our remaining properties, including further returns of capital to our shareholders.
How long has MPO been listing in London Stock Exchange?
MPO has been listed in AIM of London Stock Exchange since June 2006 and then moved to the Main Board in June 2010.
What is the key geographic focus of MPO?
The Company’s current focus is in Macau. In exceptional circumstances, it may also invest in greater China.
What kind of property does MPO invest in?
The Company’s portfolio currently comprises niche and luxury residential properties but the Company may also invest in leisure, office, industrial or other properties if a suitable and attractive opportunity arises.
When is MPO’s financial year-end?
The Company’s financial year ends on 30 June of each year and the half-year results are as at 31 December of each year.
When does MPO release its results?
The annual report and audited accounts of the Company are made up to 30 June in each year with copies to be sent to shareholders within the following four months. The interim and unaudited half-year financial report for the six months to 31 December in each year will be published on the website.
