MPO acquires undervalued properties and sites that offer opportunities for attractive returns due to their good locations and sustainable end-user demand. The Fund also adds value by developing, redeveloping, refurbishing and enhancing its assets to further boost their market value.

MPO’s current portfolio comprises a mix of prime residential and retail property assets in Macau valued at more than US$400 million. The Fund aims to maximise total returns on its portfolio through divestment upon development or redevelopment, and also through generating rental income.
